Garmsar Safaiei Desert is located east of E5301 east of E3508 east of Garmsar city and south of Safaie village in Semnan province. The desert is about 50 kilometers long and 12 kilometers wide with the eastern extension of the west. The desert is bounded on the south by Ridge Jen Desert and Desert National Park. Most of the marshlands are salt marshes with no vegetation in the center of the desert. This is due to the desolation of the desert in the north and the sulfur mountain in the south. The average altitude of the desert is about 808 meters above sea level.

 Vegetation
The Safavid Desert region in the center and desert areas lack vegetation and the land is completely bare. But on the margins of the salt crop are saline-friendly plants such as henna and gazelle. Wilderness vegetation, wild spinach, leeks, kakoti, chewing gum, wheat anemone, anemone, lily, Melica, Kharestar, Mir Hassan, caravanserai, ephedra, scanbill, flower, scorpion, prand, flower Linen, chamomile, night-smell of desert, bitter, March, salty grass, colpore, licorice.

The wildlife in the desert region lacks any biodiversity but on the margins include wolves, jackals, common foxes, hyenas, Quebec, Tiho, quail, prairie eagles, chach loch, pigeons, yakim, king owls, Indian cabbage, tails. Birds of the region are hornbeam, red-eye stone and common sparrow. There are a variety of reptile species in the area, including the Agamaha family, and the skinks. Another family of reptiles can be found in the desert.

 Access path
To get to this area you have to travel 2 kilometers on the Semnan-Tehran road and then go south on the dirt road. At the beginning of the dirt road, turn right after crossing the river and continue on the bridge in front of you to cross the railway bridge. Continue straight south along the path. You will reach Safaie village in about 1.5 km. Continuing southbound to the Safavid Desert.
